School Nurses or District Personnel can contact the Kurka Children’s Health Fund for special requests by calling the Phone Message Center (most immediate response) (818) 955-6500 or by submitting the following:

Disclaimer: Due to limitations in funding, not all requests can be granted. The Kurka Fund does not cover school related accidents or illnesses. Since the Kurka Board is an all volunteer staff, requests will be answered at our earliest convenience.
